Europrobasket coach Anastasios Stougiannoudis signs in Greece 1st Division ??!

Europrobasket coach Anastasios Stougiannoudis signed in the first division in Greece following his lead position in Europrobasket’s European Summer League this June. Anastasios, or Tasos for short, received an offer to coach in Panionios BC, Greece’s first Division, following his work in Europrobasket’s European Summer League this June. During his time at Europrobasket, Tasos developed and trained over 120 players from over 25 different countries. Leading Europrobasket teams, he competed against Semi Pro and Professional teams from Spain and the Netherlands.

At an early age Tasos began his coaching career as a youth coach in Keraunos Oraiokstrou. He moved to AS Kentauros Kallikrateias and then to Anagennisi Flogas in the following years. After 4 years with Angennisi Flogas he became the assistant coach at MAS Argonautis Kalamarias. During the summer of 2013, he participated in the coaching staff along with Vangelis Alexandris and Yiannis Livanos in the National team of Jordan where they achieved the 6th position of the tournament. In the 2015-2016 season with Apoel Athletic FC, Tasos won the Cup in the Cyprus league. Since November of 2017 Tasos has been the head coach of Europrobasket International Academy.

Αnastasios holds a BSc in Physical Education and Sports from Aristotle University in Thessaloniki and also attended postgraduate studies in coaching in Loughborough University in England.
