Where and when is the California Global ID Camp held?

In Southern California, in the Orange County / Los Angeles area. The 2027 camp runs in July — the exact dates and the venue confirm in December 2026.

How do I apply for the California camp?

Through the application form on this page. Our staff review every profile — your level, where you have played, and your footage if you send it — before registration opens.

Do I need highlight film to apply?

No. Film helps our staff assess you sooner, but it is not required — many players come precisely because they need footage worth sending.

What happens to the game film?

Games are professionally recorded and the film is shared with EuroProBasket’s scouting network during the periods when European clubs actually sign.

Can the camp lead to a professional contract?

It can, and no camp can promise one. The three days give you a professional environment, recorded evidence of how you play in it, and decision-makers watching. The camp MVP earns a full scholarship to a premier EuroProBasket training program in Valencia. The contract is something a player earns.
