JANIS TOMASCHEK

Janis Tomaschek, 6’5″ Austrian Shooting Guard, signed with a team in the Spanish Liga EBA located in Andalucia for the remainder of the season. Janis came to EuroProBasket to develop, learn and gain opportunities to play in a new market. Most recently he was playing with a team in the top division of Austria (BBL), the DC Timberwolves. He has been part of that club since 2015 and has worked his way to the highest level in that club. In 2018 he was nominated to play with the U18 National Team and in 2021 he competed with the U20 National Team of Austria. This will be Janis’ first experience playing basketball professionally outside of his home country.
