Richard Jean-Jacques is a FIBA Basketball Agent (License ID #2017504815), Scout/Recruiter for EuroProBasket International Academy, and Founder of Rich Dreams Sports. A former student-athlete at Rutgers University–Camden, Richard competed in the highly respected New Jersey Athletic Conference (NJAC) and was selected to play in the prestigious Sam Cozen All-Star Basketball Game during his senior season.
Richard also served as an Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Rutgers University–Camden, gaining valuable experience in player development, recruiting, and scouting. Through Rich Dreams Sports, he works with athletes and families to provide player development, recruiting guidance, exposure opportunities, and professional representation.
Richard resides in New Jersey with his wife, Latasha, and their daughter, Amaya, and remains committed to helping athletes achieve their goals on and off the court.
