With an impressive resume spanning decades in top-tier European basketball, Coach Codeso brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and a proven track record of developing talent, offering an unparalleled opportunity for every player attending the program.
Coach Alberto Codeso’s career highlights speak volumes about his dedication and expertise. He has worked alongside some of the most respected names in basketball, including multiple stints with Real Madrid’s senior and youth teams. His most recent role as assistant coach for Monbus Obradoiro in the Liga Endesa ACB (2025-26) showcases his current involvement at the highest level of Spanish professional basketball.
His extensive experience includes pivotal roles as an assistant coach in the prestigious Liga Endesa ACB and Euroleague with powerhouses like Caja Laboral, Baskonia, Bilbao and Real Madrid. He has also been instrumental in youth development, having coached Real Madrid’s junior categories and previously overseen youth programs at Valencia Basket. Alberto Codeso’s eye for talent was further honed during his time as Head of Scouting for Real Madrid.
