GHEORGHE REBEJA

Gheorghe Rebeja, 6’7″ Moldovan Center from Riscani Sport School, signed in Cádiz, Spain for the 2021-22 season. Gheorghe grew up playing basketball in Moldovan youth teams. In July of 2016 Gheorghe represented his countries’ U18 National team in the Fiba U18 European Championship held in San Marino. He attended EuroProBasket’s August 2021 Euro Professional Program to gain exposure to international teams. His work ethic, character and professionalism showed during his time in the program which resulted in his first contract outside of his home country.
