Slovenian Coach Muharem Vugdalić

“I was in contact with Brad (Europrobasket Director) for about three years, and following his work in the academy. I think it is very good because he gives opportunity to players to come here to practice and look for a team to play.”

Muharem Vugdalić was born in Bugojno, Bosnia and Herzegovina. He spent his years as a professional player in Slovenia starting with Lokomotiva Mostar, then moving to Partizan Belgrade and becoming the 2 time winner of the youth basketball Championship of Yugoslavia. After two successful seasons there he moved to Olimpija Lubljana and won the Championship in Slovenia and made it to the cup finals. His next two years he spent with Maribor Slovenia, and by the end of his time there he attended the final four cup of Slovenia 4 times was a European Cup Semifinalist and also received 2nd place in the National Championship. His last two seasons were spent at Elektra Slovenia reaching the 1stplace in the B Division and promoting to the 1st Division.
